Agia Anna

Agia Anna beach is in the western part of Naxos 6 km away from the town and port of Naxos.
Essentially the Agia Anna beach begins after the beach of Agios Prokopios.
Agia Anna Was one of the first resorts on the island, and was formerly a center of hippie tourism. Gradually mutated in the heart of tourism in Naxos with significant tourism infrastructure.
In winter the village is almost uninhabited.

In the area there is also the small port of Agia Anna.

Agios Georgios

The Agios George beach is the closest beach to the town of Naxos and permanent owner of blue flag, is a fully organized with many cafes and sunbeds. The beach of Agios Georgios characterized as a sandy beach with shallow waters, sheltered from the winds.

Agios Prokopios

Agios Prokopios located 5 miles south of Naxos Town, in the homonym and larger bay island in the bay of Agios Prokopios. Administratively it belongs to the municipality of Naxos Agersani . At the last census in 2001 counted 222 residents . This is one of the major tourist resorts in Naxos with the homonymous famous beach.


The Plaka is after the beach of Agia Anna and stretches for five kilometers. It is one of the most beautiful and sandy beaches of Naxos.

Fine white sand beach with large sand dunes, magnificent scenery. Beside the sea there are plenty of restaurants and taverns with local, Greek, Italian, Mexican cuisine.
