Sheltered by the gulf at the island’s southeastern coast, Panermos harbor is almost always windless. It is equipped with a small pier and features lovely sandy beaches with immaculately clean waters. A small canteen offering snacks and refreshments operates next to the beach during the summer months.


This is the attractive beach at the picturesque Lionas settlement and cove, on the island’s northeastern coast. With wild beauty, white pebbles and crystal-clear waters, it is ideal for those seeking a chill-out.
The location has rooms to let and good fish tavernas. A traditional boatbuilding and repair yard is at one end of the beach.


Glyfada is a sandy beach on the southwestern side of the island, 17km from the town. The beach is accessed via the road Chora - Aliko.

It is a quiet beach with dunes and cedars which besides swimming it is also very good for water sports such as kite surf and wind surf.


Abram is a quiet beach with sand and pebble beside the small village Campo, on the northwestern coast of Naxos.

The beach is accessible by road while the summer there is also public transportation to Abram.

The beack is Ideal for swimming and water sports, lke windserf.

Agia Anna

Agia Anna beach is in the western part of Naxos 6 km away from the town and port of Naxos.
Essentially the Agia Anna beach begins after the beach of Agios Prokopios.
Agia Anna Was one of the first resorts on the island, and was formerly a center of hippie tourism. Gradually mutated in the heart of tourism in Naxos with significant tourism infrastructure.
In winter the village is almost uninhabited.

In the area there is also the small port of Agia Anna.


Aliko located on the southwestern side of Naxos and is 20 km from the town. The beach is surrounded by cedar trees and dunes acquires an exotic beauty. The beach access is easy via the road network.


The beautiful sandy beach Agiassos in front of the homonymous small tourist resort located about 21.5 km southeast of Naxos Town, on the western coast of the island.

Beautiful, with clear sand and crystal clear waters, Agiassos, stretches along 750 meters to the southwest coast of the island and remains one of the most pristine beaches of Naxos.

Small coves with caves formed in the side of offered snorkeling while on one edge of the photo and a small wetland that is home to many species of birds.

Agios Theodoros

Agios Theodoros is a pebbly, pristine beach on the northern coast of Naxos. Area attraction is the Byzantine church of Agios Theodoros.


Azalas beach is located on the island’s eastern side, next to Moutsouna bay, approximately 11km from Apiranthos. The reddish-brown rocks along the edge are a trademark feature here. Several tamarisk trees close to the sea offer shade.

Agios Georgios

The Agios George beach is the closest beach to the town of Naxos and permanent owner of blue flag, is a fully organized with many cafes and sunbeds. The beach of Agios Georgios characterized as a sandy beach with shallow waters, sheltered from the winds.
